Bollywood actor-director Kangana Ranaut and producer Kamal
Jain recently released on 25th January to promote his upcoming film
Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi.
Producer Kamal Jain was praising all of Kangna. He fought
against all obstacles, for example, the rebels confronted the struggle when
they got to Jhansi and so on. I feel lucky to be part of this movie, which has
a wonderful story and a script. I am sure nobody except Kangana has done
justice with the character. He has made fun of it. His limitations were not
limited to being an actor only. "
Apart from this, Kangna said, "Usually, it is easy to
play a character who is flawed, but it was not easy to play an ideal woman.
When I started shooting the film, I was feeling uneasy because It needed a lot
of faith, trust and devotion. When I signed Manikarnika, my first thought was
how nobody came, no one has yet given a film on Rani Lakshmi Bai Land?
"So, I think it would consider a big jolt of luck I'm doing this. We have
also tried to keep accurate as possible to history."
In the long run, we are exploring the physical nature of
love in movies, but with Manikarnika, we went beyond the normal angle - love
between two people. "
